Do I need to make a reservation or can I just show up?
We have limited spaces on every tour. To guarantee your spot is necessary to make your reservation in advance. This will be also more convenient since you will know time and location for pick up.
Are tours running even though is raining?
Our tours have your safety in mind, none of the activities we offer during our excursions are canceled due to rain or wind since they do not represent any harm for our customers. Just bring your umbrella!
Will my credit card be charged in USD?
No, our prices are set in Mexican pesos, and the charge will be done to your card in this currency. It will be reflected in your bank statement in your local currency using your bank exchange rate of the day. Check the currency converter.
How can I book and pay in USD?
Do I have to print my ticket to take the tour?
We are environmentally friendly, you can use the digital version or your ticket to get on the tour. For your security, you may be asked to show an ID to match the name on our manifest.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hrs prior to scheduled departure time, apply a 10% cancellation fee due to administrative charges. There is no refund if you decide no to show up. Consider a reschedule instead.
